Full Terms of This Document

1. Agreement. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and OtherHalf AI regarding your use of otherhalf-ai.com.
2. Acceptance. By accessing any page of OtherHalf AI you confirm that you accept these terms in full.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
4. Adult confirmation. Each visit is a confirmation that you meet the age requirement stated above.
5. Nature of the service. OtherHalf AI provides entertainment conversations with fictional companion characters.
6. No real persons. Every companion, biography and photograph on OtherHalf AI depicts an invented character, not a real individual.
7. Not professional advice. Nothing in a companion chat constitutes medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
8. Emergencies. OtherHalf AI is not a crisis service. In an emergency contact your local emergency number immediately.
9. Account responsibility. You are responsible for any access credentials you use and for activity that occurs through them.
10. Accurate information. Information you submit should be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
11. Acceptable use. You agree not to use OtherHalf AI for unlawful, abusive, harassing or deceptive purposes.
12. Prohibited content. You must not submit content that is illegal, that involves minors, or that infringes the rights of others.
13. No automated access. Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading or automated interaction with the service is not permitted.
14. No interference. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
15. No resale. Access to OtherHalf AI is personal and may not be resold, sublicensed or shared commercially.
16. Intellectual property. All text, characters, images, design and code on OtherHalf AI remain our property or that of our licensors.
17. Limited licence. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to view the site for private, non-commercial use.
18. Your content licence. You grant us the limited right to process content you submit solely to operate and improve the service.
19. Third-party links. External sites we link to are outside our control and we accept no responsibility for their content.
20. Availability. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
21. Changes to the service. Features, characters and pages may be added, modified or removed at any time without prior notice.
22. Pricing changes. Where paid options exist, prices and inclusions may change; changes never apply retroactively to a completed purchase.
23. Refunds. Any refund entitlement is governed by the terms shown at the point of purchase and by applicable consumer law.
24. Suspension. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where use harms other users or the service.
25. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
26. Limitation of liability. OtherHalf AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
27. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
28. Force majeure. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
29. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of our establishment, without regard to conflict rules.
30. Severability and updates. If a clause is held invalid the remainder stays in force, and updated terms take effect when published on this page.
